Description: We are looking for an experienced qualified Instructor who has preferably done seasons abroad with good windsurfing or kitesurfing skills, has a real passion for watersports and wants to be involved in running our windsurfing club and tuition centre at West Wittering. You will need to have good people skills and enjoy working with customers of all ages. You will be based on the beach at West Wittering where you and your team will be involved in looking after club members, organising tuition, taking bookings and dealing with rescue and safety. We have a full RRD , Ezzy ,Da Kine,Flexifoil Test/Hire Centre with the latest kitesurfing, surfing ,SUP and kids windsurf equipment. We also run one of the most progressive windsurfing/kitesurfing schools in the UK and teach all levels -we are introducing video coaching this season. Requirements: The candidate must be over 30 years of age and personally windsurf to a high standard, be able to organise lesson times suited to clients' abilities/wind conditions, confident teaching beginner to advanced courses and be able to speak fluent English although a second language would be advantageous.
